Are the courses challenging? The courses have a mix of terrain but none of our shorter races offer particularly technical terrain. We would consider these all a great introduction to trail running. Our longer courses of 32km and 58km offer a slightly more challenging event - you'll need some experience of running on rougher trails but again there is nothing overly technical. We would consider these events a great intro into longer, more challenging trail experiences whilst maintaining an inclusive approach We would describe all courses as "all very run-able but a good challenge"!
