Our Approach to COVID-19
Last March, we, like many thought we would be returning to a bit of normality by the end of the year and 'at least 2021 we'll be back to normalish'. Alas, we are where we are with that.
With this in mind, we would like to provide reassurance to our event attendees when making purchases for any of our events. Without your help and support signing up for our events they can't happen.
i) Lockdown Restrictions: If you have signed up for one of our events and you reside from a region which has travel restrictions which denies you the ability to travel we will offer you a deferral to 2022 event or refund in full (minus processing fees) on the basis that you notify the event organiser in before the start date of the event via email@example.com
II) If you have symptoms: If you, or anyone in your household has any symptoms of COVID-19 we will offer you a a deferral to 2022 event or refund in full (minus processing fee) on the basis that you notify the event organiser in before the start date of the event via firstname.lastname@example.org
iii) We cancel: If we cancel, we will automatically defer you to the re-arranged date. If this date doesn't work we will offer you a refund in full (minus processing fee).
We must add, these are our 'worst case scenario' points and we do plan on running our events as planned. For each event, we do have contingency plans to adapt in a safe manor toward current lockdown requirements.
We can't wait, when the day comes to see you all with a number pinned on and a smile/grimace on your face!
